I’ve been laughing at myself for being blind & swallowing the ‘green’ propaganda.. aaaaaaah!! As Obama stated @ COP15 site, goal is to sign FRAMEWORK agreement in Copenhagen even if not all CLIMATE topics can be covered.. framework?! what he means is the ´UN Framework Convention on Climate Change´ (link below)..
